We are excited to have made it to 14 weeks! I am still taking Zofran everyday to make it through but as of yesterday I have so much more energy!!!! If I wasn't nauseous at all, I think I could go to the gym! I'm so excited to be into the 2nd trimester!
As some of you may know, I was really vacillating on the whole genetic testing deal. I don't think it's either wrong or right but I just didn't know what I should do because I'm such a worrier. I decided not to, then was rethinking it and decided FINALLY last week that I just wanted to be prepared if there was something extra I needed to be prepared for. I emailed my doctor JUST in time! I barely missed the cut off. So I immediately went in for my blood work and today I have an ultrasound for them to measure Baby's neck.
March 29th I have another check up in which I hope to persuade my doc to give me another ultrasound and I'm hope hope hoping that we can tell the gender! I will be 15 1/2 weeks. My actual gender ultrasound is May 1st at 20 weeks. But I always want to know exciting news asap! Just ask Scott, it drives him crazy at Christmas or birthdays!
