Yesterday was such a fun day. I subbed for an art class and Scott taught his classes how to write Mother's day cards in Espanol. It was a hot day so we met back home at the pool. It's so nice to have a pretty pool in our complex with palm trees all around...I love our place. We layed out and swam...ok, Scott did most of the swimming and I did most of the tanning, but it was fun and relaxing!
Then we went back and I baked nachos for our feast...and it was! Yummy!!!! Chips and beans and taco seasoned ground turkey and cheese...extra cheese on half for Scott, and all the yummy toppings! And leftovers for lunch today.
For a treat we ran down to 7/11 for some ice cream treats. 2 Mexico fruit pops, an Ice Cream Toll House cookie sandwich and 1 Ice Cream Snickers later we were on our way home to watch 2 Fast 2 Furious til I got too tired and we went to sleep! Great day!!!
